- Campur jadi satu semua bahan biang, diamkan 20 menit.
- Setelah 20 menit, masukkan bahan A, aduk rata.
- Masukkan bahan B.
- Ulen bakpao smp kalis.
- Tutup bakpao dgn kain basah atau plastik wrap.
- Diamkan 30 menit smp mengembang.
- Bagi adonan, timbang @ 40 gr, bulatkan.
- Diamkan 15 menit, isi dgn bahan isian.
- Diamkan lagi smp mengembang (jgn kelamaan ya moms ini yg suka menyebabkan bakpao mengkerut).
- Kukus bakpao 15 menit smp matang (selama pengukusan jgn dibuka2 ya sblm 15 menit).
