  3. Bola Hap Roti : ambil Hap ayam udang dengan scoop ice cream, bulatkan. Basahi dengan sedikit air dan gulingkan pada potongan roti tawar sambil ditekan hingga terbalut rata - sisihkan, goreng begitu hendak disajikan dengan api kecil sekitar 10 menit.
