Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Bakpao

  1. Campurkan terigu dan ragi sampai rata.
  2. Larutkan gula dengan air. Setelah gula larut, campurkan dengan terigu dan ragi. Aduk sampai rata.
  3. Setelah semuanya tercampur rata, tambahkan mentega dan garam. Aduk sampai kalis (kira2 15 menit)..
  4. Kalau adonan sudah kalis, kita tinggal dulu ya bun dan tutup pakai kain (tapi jangan kelamaan, takutnya dia pergi,,haha). Siapkan kukusan dan kertas roti atau daun pandai yg sudah di potong2..
  5. Waktunya kita bentuk si bakpao ini bun. Ambil adonan kira2 50 gr lalu pipihkan dan isi dg coklat. Kemudian bulatkan kembali dan letak di atas daun pandan atau kertas roti. Lakukan sampai adonan habis. Setelah habis, adonan di diamkan 15-20 menit dan tutup pakai kain..
  6. Setelah di diamkan, kukus dg api sedang sekitar 10-15 menit (pastikan air kukusannya mendidih ya bun)..
  7. Angkat dan siap disantap dikala dingin dengan orang tersayang..selamat mencoba.
