  8. Siapkan bawang putih (haluskan) sebanyak 2 siung.
  9. Olah daun bawang (diris tipis) sebanyak 2 btang.
  10. Siapkan garam sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  11. Bunda dapat Siapkan lada sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  12. Bunda dapat Siapkan cabe bubuk sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  13. Olah kaldu ayam sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  14. Bunda dapat Siapkan kaldu jamur sebanyak 1/2 sdt.

Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Gyoza

  1. Hancurkan tahu sampai halus, kemudian masukan kol,sawi hijau,sawi putih,tepung,telur,bawang,daun bawang, garam,lada,cabe dan kaldu ayam,jamur. Aduk hingga tercampur rata..
  2. Masukan adonan ke dalam kulit pangsit dan bentuk gyoza sesuai selera, lakukan hingga adonan habis..
  3. Untuk perekat bisa menggunakan air..
  4. Siapkan teflon dengan sedikit minyak dan panaskan dengan api kecil..
  5. Masukan gyoza kedalam teflon kemudian di tutup..
