  3. Siapkan bawang putih tumbuk sebanyak 2 siung.
  4. Olah jahe tumbuk sebanyak 1 sdt.
  5. Bunda dapat Siapkan kubis cincang sebanyak 6 sendok makan.
  6. Bunda dapat Siapkan daun bawang iris sebanyak 3 helai.
  7. Olah saus tiram sebanyak 2 sdm.
  8. Siapkan minyak wijen sebanyak 1 sdm.
  9. Siapkan kecap asin sebanyak 1 sdt.
  10. Siapkan kaldu ayam sebanyak 1 sdt.
  11. Siapkan garam sebanyak 1 sdt.
  12. Siapkan gula sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  13. Olah lada sebanyak 1 sdt.
  14. Olah Kulit pangsit sebanyak .
  15. Olah Minyak utk menggoreng sebanyak secukupnya.

Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Gyoza

  1. Buat isian gyoza : Haluskan daging dan udang. Campurkan daun bawang, kubis, bawang putih, jahe, garam, lada, gula, kecap asin,kaldu, minyak wijen dan saus tiram.
  2. Untuk icip rasa isian gyoza tsb, panaskan pan dengan sedikit minyak, masukan sedikit isian (1/2sdm) setelah matang icip rasa. Jika rasa kurang asin maka bisa ditambahkan bumbu pada isian gyoza..
  3. Lipat isian gyoza kedalam kulit pangsit. (Bisa liat youtube utk cara melipatnya). Jangan lupa diolesi tepung supaya tidak lengket. Bisa simpan di freezer utk dimasak nanti..
  4. Utk memasak gyoza : panaskan pan anti lengket kemudian oles minyak diseluruh bagian pan. Tunggu hingga panas, susun gyoza diatas pan dengan api sedang. Kemudian tunggu hingga bagian gyoza menjadi coklat/golden.
  5. Jika sudah berwarna golden dan crispy, masukan air. Air cukup dimasukan sebanyak 1/4 dari bagian gyoza (menggunakan api kecil) tutup pan agar gyoza matang dengan merata.
  6. Tunggu hingga air menyusut dan gyoza matang merata..
  7. Angkat gyoza, dan siap utk disajikan.
