Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Gyoza
- Campur terigu dan garam lalu aduk sampai rata. Masukan air perlahan"...aduk sampai rata dan uleni.. simpan dalam lemari es selama 1 menit biar permukaannya menjadi halus..
- Setelah 1 menit, uleni kembali dan simpan kembali selama 1 menit dilemari es (biar lebih halus lagi permukaannya). Setelah sudh hlus, bagi menjadi dua... Dan Potong sesuai keinginan untuk ukurannya..
- Untuk filling, giling sosis dan daging ikan. Potong wortel bentuk dadu kecil kalau mau bisa chop halus. Bawang Bombay garlic di chop halus dan cabe rawit bisa digiling. Jadi satu ke daging ikan dn sosis yg telah digiling lalu aduk rata, jngan lupa tambahkan kecap asin, minyak wijen, garam dan merica..
- Masukan filling ke adonan yg sudah di roll sampai tipis, rekatkan. Sebelumnya panaskan minyak di pan anti lengket dengan api kecil.
- Pan fry gyoza dengan api kecil dan sisi" nya menjadi kering. Sajikan dengan kecap asin dan cabe rawit slice..
