  4. Tips kalo pake roller kayu biasa : (1) taburi tepung di permukaan dumpling biar gak nempel sama yg lain. (2) langsung bentuk lingkaran saat udah dipipihkan, taburi tepung terigu baru ditumpuk dengan dumpling lainnya (atau bisa juga ditata sebelahan).
  5. Masukkan semua bahan filling (KECUALI POTONGAN WORTEL DAN MINYAK WIJEN) ke dalam food processor (bisa juga blender), lalu proses sampai bener2 rata. koreksi rasa. Kalo udah OK langsung campur minyak wijen dan wortel. Terus aduk pake spatula aja. (wortel bisa diganti pake daun bawang).
  6. Ambil adonan 1-2 sdt dan bentuk bola lalu letakkan di atas dumpling (sorry di foto dumpling nya masih yg kotak😁✌).
  7. Lalu lipat pinggiran dumpling sampai semua bagian menyatu dan mirip bawang putih 😁.
  8. Kukus maksimal 15 menit. Alasi daun pisang, kalo gak ada bisa pake kol. Angkat sajikan selagi panas pake saus sambal atau cocolan lain. Selamat mencoba, semoga bermanfaat. Kalo berhasil jangan lupa kabar2 yaa 👋.
