  10. Olah bawang putih haluskan sebanyak 1 siung.
  11. Bunda dapat Siapkan Jahe parut (dikit aja) sebanyak .

  4. Uap akan mematangkan kuotie. Masak hingga air habis.
  5. Sajikan kuotie panas2 dg saus kesukaan.
  6. Note: Jika pake 250 gr daging, bisa diganti pake tepung terigu 1 sdm + 1 telur tanpa air yaaa. Hasilnya akan lebih lembut.
