- Uap akan mematangkan kuotie. Masak hingga air habis.
- Sajikan kuotie panas2 dg saus kesukaan.
- Note: Jika pake 250 gr daging, bisa diganti pake tepung terigu 1 sdm + 1 telur tanpa air yaaa. Hasilnya akan lebih lembut.
