- Siapkan bahan..cuci bersih daging ayam...potong-potong kemudian giling bersama telur..bawang putih dan merica....
- Kmudian masukan dalam wadah...beri garam..bubuk kaldu...seledri dan wortel...aduk rata.
- Siapkan kulit pangsit.....
- Beri isian...kmudian tutup stengah lingkar...lipit2 sperti gambar...rekatkan dengan air....
- Panggang dalam teflon...beri sdikit minyak....masak hingga bagian bawah agak kecoklatan...kmudian beri air hingga separo gyoza....tutup teflonya....masak hingga matang.....
