Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan GYoZa

  1. Siapkan bahan..cuci bersih daging ayam...potong-potong kemudian giling bersama telur..bawang putih dan merica....
  2. Kmudian masukan dalam wadah...beri garam..bubuk kaldu...seledri dan wortel...aduk rata.
  3. Siapkan kulit pangsit.....
  4. Beri isian...kmudian tutup stengah lingkar...lipit2 sperti gambar...rekatkan dengan air....
  5. Panggang dalam teflon...beri sdikit minyak....masak hingga bagian bawah agak kecoklatan...kmudian beri air hingga separo gyoza....tutup teflonya....masak hingga matang.....
  6. Gyoza siap disajikan bersama saus sesuai selera.....
