- Giling dengan choper / blender.. ikan,labu, bawang putih,dan air.
- Campur ikan giling dengan sagu,terigu,dan daun bawang aduk hingga rata jgn terlalu lama di aduknya nanti siomay keras.
- Cetak menggunakan sendok, bila mau ditambahkan tahu,pare,kentang atau telur sesuai selera.. kukus selama 15 menit atau sampai matang... Setelah matang tambahkan dengan kuah kacang, kecap manis,atau saus sambal...😍😍.
