There are many ways of making Korean mandu / Korean dumplings and one of the most popular is Kimchi Mandu (Kimchi Dumplings, 김치만두).
The key to making good kimchi mandu is to use fully fermented kimchi.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan Kimchi mandu / kimchi dumpling
- Siapkan Kulit pangsit (saya beli disupermarket yg agak tebal, kalau bentuknya kotak potong aja jadi bulat biar bentukinnya gampang) sebanyak .
- Siapkan Daging sapi giling sebanyak 1,5 ons.
- Siapkan kimchi iris kecil sebanyak Segenggam.
- Olah telur sebanyak 1.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan atau empat butir bawang putih sebanyak 3.
- Siapkan daun bawang potong kecil sebanyak 5 batang.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan bawang bombay cincang kecil sebanyak 1/2.

Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Kimchi mandu / kimchi dumpling
- Masukan daging giling, telur, kimchi, daun bawang, bawang putih bombay ke dalam baskom. Kalau resep korea saya liat mereka tambahkan tahu dan soun korea juga, tapi saya gak pakai.
- Tambahkan bumbu seperti totole, garam,gula, kecap asin, apa aja bebas sesuai selera. Lalu adukkk sampai rata, masukan kulkas 1jam atau mau langsung dipakai juga bisa..
- Ambil adonan lalu taruh dikulit pangsit dan bentuk sesuai selera. Kukus di dandang selama 15-20menit. Untuk di fried pan juga bisa, taruh minyak diatas teflon,taruh mandunya lalu ditutup teflonnya (saya tutup pakai tutupan panci yg transparan jadi keliatan sudh matang atau belum).
- Aku sering bikin ini, soalnya dimakan pake ramyun uda enak banget 😆 bisa difrozen juga, sebelum dikukus masukin aja ke kulkas freezer, pas mau makan baru dimasak/direbus kalo males kukus wkwkkww.
