  9. Olah kaldu bubuk sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  10. Olah lada bubuk sebanyak 1/4 sdt.
  11. Bunda dapat Siapkan kecap ikan sebanyak 1 sdm.
  12. Siapkan saus tiram sebanyak 2 sdm.
  13. Bunda dapat Siapkan minyak wijen sebanyak 2 sdm.
  14. Bunda dapat Siapkan tepung sagu (resep asli 2sdm) sebanyak 1 1/4 sdm.
  15. Bunda dapat Siapkan kulit pangsit sebanyak Secukupnya.
  16. Olah wortel yg diparut (untuk topping) sebanyak Secukupnya.
  17. Siapkan campuran air dan minyak wijen untuk olesan kulit pangsit bagian dalam saja yg dioles sebanyak Secukupnya.
  18. Bunda dapat Siapkan Saus dimsum sebanyak .
  19. Siapkan saus belibis (sesuai selera) sebanyak 4 sdm.
  20. Olah garam sebanyak 1 sdt.
  21. Bunda dapat Siapkan gula sebanyak 2 1/2 sdm.
  22. Olah tepung maizena sebanyak 1 sdt.
  23. Bunda dapat Siapkan air sebanyak 200 ml.
